To commemorate the All Scholastic Tourney in November, we had t-shirts made based on this year's event logo (see left). When the shirts arrived and I opened the package, I was quite surprised by what I saw (see below). I later learned that the screen printer had some issues with the graphic we sent them, so they decided to design their own based on the original logo. Apparently the screen printer was not an angler, as a cod was substituted for a largemouth bass. We might have been able to get away with the mistake, but the location of the event (Putnamville Reservoir) was included in the graphic. As one club member put it, "You could say the Atlantic Cod bite is kind of slow in the Putnamville."
The good news, after we explained the situation to our t-shirt vendor they kindly replaced the shirts at no cost. Look out for the Putnamville Cod t-shirts, they are collectors items!
